1. Your computer begins to suddenly slow down dramatically, whether you are on the net or not.  Computer bogging down in a noticeable fashion.

2. Chronic pop-ups. 

3. Your home page is different, and you cannot reset it to your homepage of choice.

4. You begin to receive a significantly larger amount of Spam.

5. Your computer tries to connect by itself all the time and/or

6. You cannot connect for reasons unknown.

7. You are connected to the internet, but cannot browse.

8. You have a reliable internet connection, but sites take longer than necessary to load.

9. Pop-ups. Really.
